Es importante recordar que las transacciones de inventario no afectan las cuentas por cobrar ni las cuentas por pagar, \u00fanicamente va a afectar el inventario.\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_message][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_id=\u00bbDiligenciar el formulario\u00bb][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #007dd3;\"><b><span style=\"color: #007dd3;\">2.<\/span> Diligencia el formulario<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Tipo de transacci\u00f3n: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">llena el primer campo de <strong>\u201c<span style=\"color: #007dd3;\">tipo de transacci\u00f3n<\/span>\u201d<\/strong> que cuenta con una lista desplegable que al clickear te permite ver los\u00a0<\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/agilcolombia.com\/ayuda\/realizar-tipos-de-transaccion-de-inventarios-en-agil-4-4\/\"> tipos de transacciones <\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">previamente creados, selecciona el que aplique.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De manera autom\u00e1tica en el campo de <strong>\u201c<span style=\"color: #000000;\">fecha<\/span>\u201d<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #007dd3;\"><strong>AGIL<\/strong> <\/span>traer\u00e1 la fecha del d\u00eda que est\u00e1s haciendo este proceso<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Despliega la lista, selecciona la bodega<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Haz clic en <strong>\u201c<span style=\"color: #007dd3;\">aceptar<\/span>\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El siguiente apartado es producto<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">indica el c\u00f3digo del producto a afectar, para este campo puedes usar cualquiera de los dos comandos de b\u00fasqueda r\u00e1pida, que son:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #007dd3;\"><strong>F4:<\/strong><\/span> nos traer\u00e1 el listado de todos los productos creados\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #007dd3;\">F8:<\/span> <\/strong>se encarga de hacer una b\u00fasqueda por coincidencia, podemos escribir un fragmento y <strong><span style=\"color: #007dd3;\">AGIL<\/span><\/strong> lo encontrar\u00e1<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podr\u00e1s conocer la <strong>\u201c<span style=\"color: #007dd3;\">tarifa IVA<\/span>\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> llena el campo de nombre<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al costado derecho puedes conocer las existencias con las que cuentas en el momento.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> indica qu\u00e9 cantidad necesitas afectar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #007dd3;\">AGIL<\/span><\/strong> te permite conocer el <strong>\u201cvalor\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> elige el centro de costos a afectar en la lista desplegable\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Bodega: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">elige la bodega<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Haz clic en<strong style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201c<span style=\"color: #007dd3;\">aceptar<\/span>\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El producto baja a la tabla inferior, en donde puedes conocer:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> El c\u00f3digo<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Nombre<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Presentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Centro de costos<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> La bodega que est\u00e1 siendo afectada,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Cantidad de unidades<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Valor de costo por unidad<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Subtotal.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de requerir otro producto debes repetir los pasos anteriores.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> el \u00faltimo campo en el formulario es <strong>\u201c<span style=\"color: #007dd3;\">observaciones<\/span>\u201d<\/strong>, diligencia si as\u00ed lo requieres, no es obligatorio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Haz clic en <strong>\u201c<span style=\"color: #007dd3;\">aceptar<\/span>\u00bb\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #007dd3;\">n\u00famero<\/span>\u201d<\/strong> en donde debes indicar el n\u00famero del documento que se buscas consultar, si quiz\u00e1 no recuerdas el n\u00famero te diriges a las <strong>comillas del lado derecho<\/strong> en la ventana, al hacer clic en ellas podr\u00e1s ver el \u00faltimo documento creado junto con toda su informaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Haz clic<\/strong> en el segundo \u00edcono de la columna de la izquierda llamado<strong> \u201c<span style=\"color: #007dd3;\">editar<\/span>\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tienes habilitados todos los campos para hacer modificaciones<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Graba la abre una ventana<\/strong> que debes diligenciar:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Tipo de transacci\u00f3n: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">despliega la lista y selecciona el tipo de transacci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> despliega la lista y elige la bodega.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 600;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>C\u00f3digo: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">indica la informaci\u00f3n del tercero, en este campo puedes usar los comandos de b\u00fasqueda r\u00e1pida, que son:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #007dd3;\">F4:<\/span><\/strong> nos traer\u00e1 el listado de todos los terceros
